About me

I see my role as a facilitator in providing a safe and non-judgemental space in which to help you move forward in your life. I provide a respectful, confidential and supportive space to explore thoughts and feelings about you and your relationships. It was my personal positive experiences of therapy combined with a long-held desire to work with people in a caring capacity which brought me into counselling.

I hold a Masters in Counselling awarded with Distinction from Edinburgh University in 2011. In this research I explored the idea of connection within the context of my past and of how I now use that in a therapeutic setting to the benefit of my clients.
