About me

I see my role as a facilitator in providing a safe and non-judgemental space in which to help you move forward in your life. I provide a respectful, confidential and supportive space to explore thoughts and feelings about you and your relationships. It was my personal positive experiences of therapy combined with a long-held desire to work with people in a caring capacity which brought me into counselling.
